After go-live we continue to work side-by-side with you to meet the challenges of your constantly changing business, from staff training, to technical support and ongoing development.
Tailored Implementation Plan
We understand your practice is unique, so we don’t subscribe to the rigid “square peg – square hole” implementation approach. unisonMD is a flexible, customizable solution that adapts to your needs, workflows, and preferences.
Our implementation team takes the time understand your workflow, understand your clinical and financial goals, and create a plan to take full advantage of the process improvements unisonMD offers, including best practices from our customer community.
Once an action plan is agreed upon we manage the setup of unisonMD on your behalf, including configuration of accounts, enterprise-specific customization and billing preferences. We additionally close the connectivity loop by establishing communication with your hospital(s) and EHR or PM systems. Our team has extensive experience and are expert at building interfaces with health systems and health information exchanges across the country.
Many customers use unisonMD productively as a stand-alone solution, without interfaces. With this in mind, some customers choose to implement unisonMD in phases, initially as a stand-alone, then adding interfaces as they are established. In those cases, and situations in which we already interface with your hospital(s), implementation can take 30 days or less.
Our implementation team provides on-site and/or remote training based on your needs and preferences. Post-implementation, our team provides continuing support services for a successful adoption. Our team monitors performance and quality metrics on an ongoing basis, and we can offer on-point best practice sharing, optimization, and other support services as needed.
